I'll start with the prefixes. Keep in mind that you are not limited to choosing from this list as long as you have a good reason for picking the name you do. These are just suggestions if you can't think of where to start with a name which is something I know I have a problem with a lot of the time.
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND :: A kit is typically named for its appearance or personality or an event associated with its birth. Unless a cat comes into the Clan late or has their name changed at some point in their live, they will never be named for the color of their eyes. Kits' eyes stay blue for a long time and a mother can't very well sit around with a nameless kit waiting for their eyes to change color. The prefix usually has something to do with a skill the cat has. For example: -claw or -fang would be given to a skilled fighter, -whisker to a cat exceptional and tracking and catching prey, etc. A suffix can also be given if the cat has a particular defining physical attribute such as -scar being given to a cat who received a nasty scar during their training. But more often, a cat who isn't particularly outstanding at anything and is just an all around well-rounded warrior is given a suffix -pelt, -fur or -tail.
It isn't BAD to have those suffixes and while I can't think of a fair way to require it that doesn't favor those that arrive and make characters early, I would appreciate it if you guys made some warriors that are -pelt's or -fur's or -tail's.
A suffix can also be given based on a warriors appearance such as -stripe being given to a tabby or -throat being given to a cat who has a splash of color on their chest/front of their neck
MORE THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND :: Warriors don't know the human words for seasons so Summer-, Autumn- and Winter- will not be allowed. Spring- will only be considered if the cat was born with a limp, giving it a spring in it's step. Try not to make celestial bodies as prefixes common. Sun- and Moon- used to be sacred names, but the Erin's used them in the book and they can be used here as long as there aren't too many of them. Star- is completely banned. The biggest thing to remember is that the warriors have to know what a thing is an have a word for it to name their kits after it.
